Things to do when you are waiting to hear important news and can't stand the suspense any longer:

1. cook, clean, or do laundry
2. play with kids
3. shop at Amazon.com
4. read The Hobbit
5. look deeply into husband's eyes to see if he knows something but he's just not ready to tell it yet
6. come right out and ask him, often, if he has any clue about the important news
7. call mom
8. call a friend
9. pray
10. go to the Marine Corps Ball and dance the night away
11. eat
12. organize a closet
13. take nature photos
14. take goofy photos of self
15. cry
16. sleep
17. drop everything and declare to the kids, "FIELD TRIP!!!"
18. read blogs
19. check email
20. watch TV
21. stare out the window
22. flop on the couch
23. think
24. babysit a friend's baby while she goes out to lunch
25. go to arts and crafts fair

Now you are up to date on what I've been doing the past week (or in some cases, what I would have liked to do!)

Sometimes ranting
Sometimes raving
Always Rejoicing
(because I know God has a plan and I'm just waiting for Him to let me in on it!)

Marla
