I can't live in CHAOS.....

But I have to for awhile!!

This move has been one of the most frustrating for us yet. We lived in a furnished home in Croatia, so all of our furniture was put into storage. We were expecting 2 shipments from Croatia... the first was our express shipment, a small collection of everything that is necessary when you first arrive in an empty house. The second shipment was everything else. The third shipment is all our furniture coming out of storage in Virginia. So logically, we assumed our express would arrive first. Lo and behold, we received our second shipment of "everything else" first. A week later, past its estimated date of arrival, came our so-called "express shipment." And now we are waiting for shipment number 3... the furniture. Alas, the moving companies are conspiring against us and would have us wait until every last shred of sanity has vanished before delivering our much desired furniture items.... things like a refrigerator, washer, dryer, couches, beds, dressers, kitchen table and so forth. I never would have thought that everything we had in Croatia would arrive here quicker than all our furniture, which is in storage in the U.S.

If I owned a semi truck, I'd run out there and get it myself. But I don't, so I must wait. If the Lord wanted to teach me patience, this was a wonderful way to do it.

So this is me, being patient.
